Where to go for help depends on how you use Lightdash. Open-source and community users — ask in #help in the Lightdash Community Slack. The team and the wider community answer questions there. Customers — reach the team through your dedicated support Slack channel, or click the help bubble (the question mark icon in the top navigation) to send a message from inside the app. For browser-side problems, capture a HAR file and share it with the team so they can debug the request with you. To let the team reproduce a user-specific issue directly, see support access.

Report a bug or request a feature

Open an issue on GitHub for bugs and feature requests. Product feedback is welcome there too, or through the channels above.

Report a security vulnerability

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@lightdash.com, not in a public GitHub issue. Include the affected component and version, the impact, reproduction steps, and any known mitigations. Lightdash acknowledges the report, investigates it, and coordinates disclosure with you. Published vulnerabilities are listed in GitHub Security Advisories.

Billing and invoices

Organization admins can email support@lightdash.com for a link to their billing invoices.
